Our inspiration: Bridging the digital divide
With over 50 years of experience in social welfare, youth programs, workforce development, financial services, micro-enterprise, and publishing, our founder observed a growing challenge. The widening gulf of the digital technology divide is leaving millions of seniors without hope or trusted spaces to build sustainable livelihoods. The FamiliesWork360 peer2peer Networks was founded iby Renewglobal Incorporated as a faith-based address to this critical need for A.L.I.C.E. (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) individuals and those living at the base of our socioeconomic pyramid.

Our big dream for FamiliesWork360 is to foster a national movement of trusted Hope Hubs and peer-to-peer circles in expanded trusted spaces nationwide. We believe in building social capital and creating intergenerational mentorship opportunities to ensure that no senior is left behind in the rapidly evolving digital world. Success for us means empowering seniors to thrive, connect, and confidently navigate modern life.
How Hope Hubs empower seniors
Hope Hubs and our mentorship programs work by utilizing underutilized trusted spaces within communities. We recognize that in every community, there are existing resources that, when fully leveraged, can stabilize and enhance the lives of those at the Base of the Pyramid (BoP). Hope Hubs function effectively when the specific needs of seniors are identified and met through peer-to-peer support, digital literacy training, and a supportive community network. This approach ensures personalized assistance and builds lasting connections.
